Southeast face: 1991, "Behouden voor Aduard" (Preserved for Aduard). Southwest face: 1987, "Onder de Linden". Brass plates are mounted on the pillar's south and north sides. North side: "The sundial shows inn time. Your watch shows Central European Time."
